How do I place an order?

1. Choose your favorite products
2. Submit your favorite picture, choose the size and colors you want
3. Place your order, and get excited to get the package to your front door soon ;)

Can you ship to my country?

Most likely, yes! We have worldwide shipping. :)

How long is the processing time?

Processing time is usually between 3-9 business days, excluding carrier delivery times

How can I edit my order after it has been placed?

Our artists start working on designing your picture as soon as the order has been placed, so images cannot be edited.
If we have not sent the order to the production queue, you can contact us by email at info@outlyned.com in order to make changes to the products you chose (different color, size etc).

Can I submit multiple pictures?

Yes! We support only one file per product. However, you have a few options:
1. You can create a collage of more than one picture, and submit it
2. You can upload a zip file with multiple pictures

* If you submit a zip file, it's important that you provide detailed instructions on what we should do with each picture.

Can I purchase a gift card for someone else?

Absolutely! You can fill your gift card with the amount you want here

Can I approve the Outlyne before it is sent to the production queue?

Yes, you can choose to approve the Outlyne before it is sent to our facility, however, we do not recommend it because it may cause delays in shipment.
You can check the Approve Outlyne before shipment option.
This option is non-refundable.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or size exchanges as this is a custom made product tailored for you.
However, if the size discrepancy is more than 2 inches from what's shown on our size guide, it could be considered as a manufacturing defect. In this case, we will offer a replacement in the same or a different size.

Please take some photos of the apparel when it's wide open without any folds and send us through email.
A measuring tape should be attached to show the actual product size.
